Prior to Your Appointment

• Eyelash extensions need to be removed at least 3 days prior to your appointment

• For best results, do not use waterproof mascara or curl your lashes 5 days prior to your treatment

• Do not apply eye makeup, mascara, eye shadow, or eyeliner before your appointment

• Remove any eye makeup with oil free makeup remover the day prior

• We recommend you wash your hair prior to your appointment since you should not wash your hair for 24 hours following your appointment

After Your Appointment

• No water and mascara on the lashes for 24 hours after your appointment

• No steam and no heavy exercise that would cause excessive sweating

• No hair washing (at home) for 24 hours after your appointment

• No lash serums, lash extensions, eye creams for 24 hours
